These terms govern your use of the Shebalance mobile and web application ("Shebalance", "the app", "we", "our"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Shebalance lets you:
Shebalance is a wellness and self-reflection tool. We are not licensed medical providers. Nothing in the app constitutes professional medical advice. All AI insights are generated from the data you provide and end with a disclaimer to consult a doctor. Always make medical decisions in consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
No account is required. You can use Shebalance fully anonymously. If you choose to link a Google or Apple account (in a future release), separate authentication terms from those providers will apply.
How we handle your data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. In short: data lives on your device by default, and you control what's sent to our servers (only when you tap "Get AI Recommendation").

Shebalance is currently free during our launch period. We may introduce optional premium features in the future; we'll give in-app notice before any paid feature is activated. You will not be charged unless you explicitly opt in.
We try to keep the app and AI service working at all times, but we don't promise zero downtime. The app's core features (logging, trends, PDF export) work offline. The AI insight feature requires a network connection and the proxy service to be reachable.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses — resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the app.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where those rights cannot be waived under applicable law.
You may stop using Shebalance at any time by uninstalling the app and tapping "Delete all my data" in Settings if you want to wipe locally stored data. We reserve the right to suspend the AI service to any user violating these terms.
We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Appshealthy is registered, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.
